Adult Ministries

ACTS is our Adult Sunday School Ministry which meets every Sunday Morning at 9:30am. Currently we offer 5 different classes. ACT's classes run for 13 weeks covering various biblical topics, every 13 weeks the classes offered change giving you more variety and ability to learn about what you need most at this point in your life.

We also have many adult fellowships throughout the year, such as Adult Bowling Outings, Progressive Dinners and overnight trips. We have a Tuesday morning Mom's Group and a monthly Ladies fellowship. Our men meet throughout the year for bible studies and fellowship.

Children's Ministries

One of the most exciting things at Walnut Creek is seeing children of all ages serving God. Our "His Kids Choir" sings in the morning service throughout the year. On Wednesday Nights our children meet for Masters Clubs, an exciting program that challenges our children to memorize verses and live for God.

Throughout the year we have many special things for children such as Vacation Bible School and Pastors Pals Activities.
Youth Ministry

Our active youth ministry meets on Wednesday nights for a program called Proteens. Proteens breaks our youth group in to two societies that compete in competitions throughout the year, but its not all about having fun. Every week our teens memorize scripture and break into small accountability groups. They are also challenged and taught through the weekly message. Teen Sunday School meets at 9:30am in the lodge.

Our youth group has fun activities and events every month. We also take  a yearly summer camp trip to the Wilds in North Carolina. .

Other Ministries

With over 30 ministries there is a place for everyone to serve. From our kitchen ministry to nursery, ushers and yard ministries, there is a place for you.

At Walnut Creek we don't believe ministries should be focused on meeting peoples needs but on providing opportunities for the preaching of the gospel and allowing our members to use their spiritual gifts to serve others.
